"Matters" of the Family

This session we will be taking a different approach than we have in the past. 

Through our previously class experiences, we have learned that the structure of our families can look very different, but at the core, family starts with you. You are the most important part of your family. 

The success of our families starts with us.

We must be intentional on our own wellness and strength if we are to lead and develop those we have been entrusted with. 

Christ wants each of us to love the way He loves us. He wants us to lead as He leads.

The whole concept of Christianity is based on relationship, so our family should be the same.

In the weeks to come we will set a course to highlight our relationship with Christ, and then all the other relationships in each of our family units.

Whether you are single looking forward to establishing a family in the future, married, or divorced, God has a plan for for you. 

The state of your family is of great concern to God, they don’t call him Father for nothing! He has a plan for you and your family. Join us to see what He has in mind!

Resources required for the course this session will simply be your dedication to attend on a normal basis, and your willingness to join in on the topic and conversation.

Leaning on His divine intervention, “where two or more are gathered in His name, He is present”. Holy Spirit will lead and guide if we are committed to seek His face for our families.

There will be no specific text book that we will follow, though we will undoubtedly reference many sources in our time together. Handouts will be common place to help us along the way.
